Tomorrow, the opening of a new port Arar between Iraq and Saudi Arabia with international standards
Iraq and Saudi Arabia will open tomorrow, Monday, a new port Arar, between the two countries with international standards.
The opening ceremony will be attended by security leaders, the local government in Anbar province and a delegation from Saudi Arabia.
The governor of the General Authority of Saudi Arabia, Ahmad Al-Qahbani, said on Sunday in a press statement that “the project of a new outlet Arar equipped with international specifications and will be the first outlet in the Kingdom in technology and competition globally.”
The Saudi official stressed “its importance in the development of trade between the Kingdom and Iraq and the development of the border area, and provide facilities for passers-by.” Source
