Cabinet Spokesman: The government has received the 2021 budget amendments and studied them in two days
The spokesman for the Council of Ministers and Minister of Culture, Hassan Nazim, announced on Tuesday that the government had received the amendments to the federal budget for 2021 from the Parliamentary Finance Committee.
Nazem said during the weekly press conference, “The government received the 2021 budget with amendments from the Parliamentary Finance Committee.”
He pointed out, “the formation of a committee in the cabinet to study the budget amendments within two days.”
“There is work to complete the second part of the white paper related to projects, and it is a pure Iraqi effort,” Nazem added.
He stated that “the cabinet voted to approve the government’s plan for the reform program, and there is discussion and joint work with the World Bank on the level of loans and consultations.” Source
