Iran Coronavirus Cases Exceeds 60,000, Death Toll over 3,700
A total of 2,247 Iranians tested positive for the novel coronavirus within the past 24 hours only, health ministry said on Monday.
According to the ministry’s spokesperson, Kianoosh Jahanpour, Iran has so far registered 60,500 cases of COVID-19.
Jahanpour also revealed that 136 patients had died since Sunday noon, bringing the total coronavirus death toll up to 3,739.
He noted that 4,083 patients are in critical conditions, while 24,236 people have recovered from the pandemic disease. Source
