Earthquake Followed by Two Aftershocks Hit Kurdistan

An earthquake struck Kurdistan Region’s southern city of Chamachamal in Sulaymaniyah province on Thursday. Kurdistan Region’s Directorate General of Meteorology and Seismology said in a statement that the earthquake at 08:36 was measured at 3.7 on Richter scale. The quake was followed by two aftershocks, one 3.1 and the other 3.0 magnitude, according to the statement. People in Kirkuk province also felt the shake. There were no immediate reports of damages. Source
