America: We Will Not Hesitate To Use Force In Iraq

Iraq 3/4/2021  The US Department of Defense (the Pentagon) confirmed that it would not hesitate to use force if Americans were exposed to danger in Iraq, after Wednesday’s missile attack on the Ain al-Assad base, which hosts US forces.

Al-Kaabi Calls For The Submission Of A Proposed Iraq Sovereign Fund Law

And according to the daily bulletin of the currency auction in the Central Bank, that “purchases amounting to 109 million and 16 thousand dollars, went to strengthen the assets abroad in the form of transfers and credits, while the banks did not buy any dollar in cash.”

Parliament Votes On Three Bills

The Media Department of the House of Representatives stated, in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of, that “the House of Representatives voted on the bill for the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the International Container Safety Agreement for 1972.

The statement added, “The House of Representatives voted on the draft law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention on the Recognition and Implementation of Foreign Arbitration Decisions (New York 1958).”

He pointed out, “The House of Representatives has also voted on a bill amending the law on the accession of the Republic of Iraq to the International Convention on Road Traffic for the year 1968 and the European Agreement supplementing it for the year 2006 No. 30 of 2015.”

The Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, inaugurated this evening the work of the session No. (40) of the fourth parliamentary session, the third legislative year, the first legislative term, in the presence of 240 deputies.

The meeting’s agenda includes ten paragraphs, including the vote on the draft law of the Federal Supreme Court, which the Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, announced earlier today, to allocate tomorrow’s session to vote on the law.

The agenda also included voting on draft laws for the Republic of Iraq’s accession to the International Convention on Container Safety, Iraq’s accession to the Convention on the Recognition and Implementation of Foreign Arbitration Decisions and their implementation, and amending the Law on Iraq’s accession to the International Convention on Road Traffic of 1968 and the European Agreement supplementing it for the year 2006 No. 30 ) For the year 2015, and Iraq’s accession to the Patent Cooperation Treaty.

The NATO Commander Clarifies The Mission’s Tasks In Iraq And Is Likely To Expand Its Deployment
