Sadr calls for a peaceful million demonstration condemning the American presence in Iraq
Today, Tuesday, the leader of the Sadrist movement and the alliance of Muqtada al-Sadr called for a peaceful million demonstration condemning the American presence in Iraq.
In the tweet on Twitter, Al-Sadr said: “In the name of God, its path and anchor is our trust in God, Lord of the worlds. From God, success and victory are the names of Iraq, its land, and its sovereignty violated by the invading forces.
And he added: “So, O Soldiers of God and the people of the country, come to a united, peaceful demonstration of millions, denouncing the American presence and its violations. So gather your command and do not hesitate … For your Iraq and your possession are crying out for you and do not neglect.”
He continued: “And I am sure that you will demonstrate to everyone that you will not kneel down for global arrogance, but rather we will not kneel except for God. After that, we have popular, political and parliamentary stands that preserve Iraq and its people with dignity and sovereignty.” Source
