MP Faris Taha: Investment Law will be in the agenda of the meeting tomorrow, Monday and will be voted on
BAGHDAD – and babysit – MP Faris Taha: Investment Law will be in the agenda of the meeting tomorrow, Monday and will be voted on
To be continued …
Aggiedad77: Of course a simple slight of hands, yesterday they said today, today they say tomorrow….where is Wimpy when you need him….I could use a hamburger…..so the Investment Law gets voted on Monday….like originally planned……so what did you do that was worthwhile today Parliament…..we are one day closer….but which direction did you step. Aloha Randy
Aggiedad77: Oh SWEET SWEET music…..Parliament rejects the resignation of one member of Parliament that would have likely paved the way for Maliki to rejoin Parliament thus, at least in his mind, provided immunity to him for the crimes he is accused of concerning the fall of Mosul last year in June…..(See Article Below)
This is a huge breath of fresh air from Parliament as a group to stand up and vote against such an action…..to me this SHOUTS their belief of Maliki’s guilt for the before mentioned crimes….and besides even had he been let back into Parliament, I believe that PM Abadi’s stance on such crimes would have ferreted him out of Parliament in the long run…..
So grab while the iron is hot and the noose is new…..no mention in this article of the vote on the Investment Law….maybe more later. Aloha Randy

the Council of Ministers approved at its special session, on Sunday, the draft budget for fiscal 2016..itba law
Aggiedad77: This is a GREAT thing to read today….the COM approving the budget for the year 2016…..now hand this over to Parliament…and take heed of PM Abadi’s request to keep your political fingers off the budget and get this passed in the soonest route possible…..
That means the Finance Committee should not be allowed to dwell on any aspect to the budget that they truly lack any control of, so Speaker Jubouri, keep those clowns under control….don’t you have some kind of insight or oversight committee that can guard against the shenanigans of the Maliki sympathizers who still remain in Parliament….send them to a rubber room for safety purposes…..again stressing…..
DO NOT POLITICIZE this document, you are wasting valuable time if you do….concentrate on dates…..and stay focused on what you can control in the here and now. That is all.
