Publishing the financial budget of Iraq in the official reality

The Ministry of Justice announced on Monday the issuance of the new issue of the Iraqi fact sheet No. (4529) of the Federal Budget Law No. 1 of 2019, which was approved by the House of Representatives and approved by the President of the Republic

The Director General of the Iraqi Facts Department Kamel Amin Hashim said in a statement today that the budget law included the transfer of money from some ministries to the liberated provinces and the province of Basra and detailed sentences in terms of spending, investment and loans.

The law included the request of the Council of Ministers to install contractors and lecturers in all state institutions only Including employees of self-financed contracts at the Ministry of Electricity, as well as continuing to grant staff five-year leave and the introduction of grades for the popular mobilization and tribal mobilization

He added that the number also included the law banning the importation of food products, as well as agricultural products that have a similar local product, according to the agricultural calendar

The Ministry of Justice announced on Monday the issuance of the new issue of the Iraqi Gazette No. (4529) on the Federal Budget Law No. 1 of 2019 approved by the House of Representatives and approved by the President of the Republic

The Director General of the Iraqi Facts Department Kamel Amin Hashim said in a statement received by “Economy News” that the budget law included the transfer of funds from some ministries to the liberated provinces and the province of Basra and detailed sentences with regard to spending, investment and loans.

The law included the request of the Council of Ministers to install all contractors and lecturers In the state institutions, including the employees of the self-financed contracts in the Ministry of Electricity, as well as the continued granting of the five-year leave

He added that the number also included the law banning the importation of food products, as well as agricultural products that have a similar local product, according to the agricultural calendar

The Federal Budget Law of Iraq for the year 2019 entered into force after its publication in the official gazette of the country,

The Ministry of Justice, in a statement received by the agency {Euphrates News} a copy of it, “the issuance of the new issue of the Iraqi fact sheet No. (4529) Federal Budget Law No. 1 of 2019 and approved by the House of Representatives and approved by the President of the Republic.

The statement quoted the Director General of the Iraqi Department of Facts Kamel Amin Hashim as saying that “the budget law to ensure the transfer of money from some ministries to the liberated provinces and the province of Basra and detailed sentences in terms of spending, investment and loans.”

He added that “the law included the request of the Council of Ministers to install all contractors and lecturers in the institutions of the State and by foot, including the employees of self-financed contracts in the Ministry of Electricity, as well as continuing to grant employees five-year leave and the introduction of degrees of popular mobilization and tribal mobilization.”

Hashim pointed out that “the number also included the law banning the importation of products of the food industry as well as agricultural products that have a similar domestic product and according to the agricultural calendar.”

Samson:  Iraqi 2019 budget equals more than 9 Arab budgets, Figures

Recently, the Iraqi Parliament voted for the federal budget of 2019 with the amount of 111.5 billion dollars, with a deficit of 23 billion dollars.

The budget calculated oil barrel price with 56 dollars, for 3.88 million barrels per day.

This budget is the double size of the Iranian budget which reached to 47.5 billion dollars and 8 times of Jordanian budget of 2019 which did not exceed 13 billion dollars.

The Iraqi budget is considered double size of Kuwaiti budget which was calculated to be 60 billion dollars, with a deficit of 22 billion dollars.

It is three times of Oman Sultanate’s budget which reached to 33.4 billion dollars, with a deficit of 727 million dollars and 11 folds of Bahrain’s budget which was estimated to reach 10 billion dollars.

The Iraqi budget exceed the Egyptian budget which reached to 94 billion dollars, as well as double the volume of Libya which reached to 50.3 billion dollars.

Though Iraq is the second oil producer in OPEC, it is still unable to provide the basic services to its citizens, due corruption.

The Iraqi people believe that they live in worst corrupted country in the world.

In addition, Iraqi Integrity Commission pointed that Iraq lost more than 400 billion dollars due to corruption during the past 15 years.

The current government of Premier Adel Abdul Mehdi is trying to combat corruption through a newly established anti-corruption higher council.   LINK
