Twitter bans Khazali’s account again
Twitter Saturday suspended the account of the leader of “Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq” in Iraq, Qais Khazali, for the second time, in a year.
The company has placed a message on the closed account page stating that “the account is temporarily limited in use” without clarifying the reasons.
Khazali criticized in a series of tweets yesterday, the Iraqi-American dialogue, and announced his refusal to keep the American forces, and said that the Iraqi parliament will refuse to give immunity to them.
Last December, Twitter closed Khazali’s account listed on the US sanctions list.
And Washington imposed sanctions on 4 Iraqi officials in connection with the suppression of demonstrations in Iraq last year, including Qais Khazali. Source
