Abraham: It is not unusual for the IMF to regulate salaries of government in a debt restricting program

Abraham: I warned about this same issue over a year ago. But most thought I was crazy. I know from first hand experience

TxBrand: what does it mean ? TxBrand: for us ?

Abraham: Are you asking me that question?

TxBrand: ‹@Abraham› yes

Abraham: It means that Iraq has to meet certain conditions in a debt restricting program. It has both positive and negative points for us investors

Abraham: Restructing*  (restructuring?)

TxBrand: ic

Abraham: The good point they act as a way of security on our investment

Abraham: If they can turn around Iraq’s financial position as investors we benefit

Abraham: The revaluation will have a positive effect for Iraq since they are an importer, so I would think the IMF supports, demands a revaluation of currency

Abraham: But they are laws and conditions that are stepping stones to a revaluation
Abraham: As well as a stable political climate

Abraham: I think we are close but in my opinion we will not see a revaluation until Maliki is completely put away

Abraham: Because He hinders a stable political climate
Abraham: I personally believe the increase troops to that region is for that purpose

Abraham: But they will never come out and say so!
Abraham: We will wake up one morning and M will be history

Winter: XXXXXX…ISIS has zero to do with what the exchange value is of the IQD. The exchange value is its worth outside of Iraq…not inside. ISIS is an issue in many places besides Iraq. Furthermore, it is an electronic event. It doesn’t not require a bank teller standing at a window in a bank. There will always be security issues WORLDWIDE. It is the new reality. A different world and it will not stop Iraq from what they want to be within the world economic forum.

Winter: and comments on that?

chattels: XX XXXX, who was a nice guy when I knew him, has been saying that our event is imminent since Moby Dick was a minnow.

Winter: lol

chattels: Does DAESH have no effect upon the regional security, political stability and economics of Iraq ?

Abraham: ‹@Winter› so then where is the RV?

Abraham: ‹@Winter› if he is saying the conditions are right for it, where is it?

chattels: The continued existence and problematic activities of DAESH are an inconvenient reality / truth that confounds the any day / everyday event fantasies of many pundits

Abraham: ‹@Winter› sometimes it best to say nothing while understanding the shallowness of people from their input. Sorry for being so straight

chattels: What international businesses, other than oil, want to commit substantial investment in a country that cannot control it’s borders or 1/3 of it’s lands ? Or that cannot create or follow the rule of law ?

Abraham: When I used the word shallow I used it because security has to be a condition to monetary policy. If you have a terrorist controlling one of your main oil fields that is a security issue that any sensible individual will acknowledge

Abraham: Iraq currency changed because of what? A security condition! Am I wrong?
