Donnie: latest articles talk about raising Dinar value and floating

ladyfox: I was told it will come out about .82 to a 1.00 then up

Donnie: so XXX, moronDay and poopsicle can eat that “they will never float” idea
Donnie: who told you that ladyfox?

ladyfox: a woman I meet at a bank last year, she never changes the story.

Donnie: but she never gave a time frame either I take it

ladyfox: also told me not to hold on to my extra for long; that we will have a window to get this done before they change on us

Donnie: i don’t have extra to hold onto 🙁

ladyfox: she always seem to hold back on when I ask her how long can I hold out. although I don’t have a truck load :silly:

Donnie: it’s all gone at .82-1.00

ladyfox: mine too, I will take it also and GET busy with my investments.

Donnie: exactly

ladyfox: I ran into a tax guy today that do income for investments. He told me if we have had currency for less than two years, we will pay 20-30 % capital gain tax

Donnie: none of my banks know about my Dinar
Donnie: did ur banker smile back?
Donnie: i would have added “yes! Until u tell me to come in and exchange it”

ladyfox: yes, she said not to forget to give her some :w00t:

ladyfox: one million at the right time can get for 500

Donnie: oops – except for this on Iraqi Vet that brought a lot back with him back then – needed to sell some to put kid through college

Donnie: *one Iraqi vet
Donnie: last month $650 would get u a million

ladyfox: I feel they are going to put caps on some of the currency to exchange. How will a digital credit be placed in a trust ?

Donnie: digital credit?
Donnie: u have to transfer the Dinar to the trust first – hopefully u have ur Dinar with you

ladyfox: yes not enough cash money for all our deposits, so I see us getting digital credit of what we have from the banks

Donnie: we have a disconnect
Donnie: transfer the physical Dinar to your trust, go to the bank and open a bank account in the name of the trust, exchange the dinar into that trust bank account

Donnie: no tax
Donnie: the trust owns it all

ladyfox: yes, I understand that

Donnie: no one will be able to exchange their Dinar for cash
Donnie: so what is digital credit?

ladyfox: sad some think so
ladyfox: well I get define as deposit slip with amount credited to your account
ladyfox: My bankers now call me by my last name. I hate when the bank is full and they do that.

Donnie: yeah – but then go to the teller and take out $5,000-9,000
Donnie: in cash

Donnie: this proves its really available before you leave

ladyfox: yes
ladyfox: hey faith you yet there?

Donnie: maybe she fell asleep – F A I T H!!!!!
Donnie: i can’t yell any louder

ladyfox: we need a scream button on here

Donnie: NO we don’t

ladyfox: yes we do I miss hitting that buttom

Donnie: at DU i got hit one night with my speakers on
Donnie: woke up the kids

Donnie: dog barked

ladyfox: I would just crack up some times at the response

Winnerdinar: Saturday, November 7, 2015 – 06:00 Morteza Ramezanpour Avoiding Investment Pitfalls EconomyBusiness And Markets In preparation for foreign investment, the administration of President Hassan Rouhani, including the Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran and other state bodies, has set up specialized task forces. Now, the Iranian private sector is also stepping up to the plate.

A specialized advisory committee has been formed within the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture to facilitate the speedy entry of foreign firms and their access to local resources.

The TCCIMA committee consists of various subcommittees, including ones tasked with assessing deregulation and capital markets. This committee certainly has its work cut out for it, as foreign firms seeking to enter Iran face a multitude of challenges.

There is a troubling lack of transparency and stability in regulations, and also issues with the adoption of laws at variance with international regulations, especially on partnership with local firms and investment. At the macro level, stubborn inflation and continuing fluctuations in the value of the Iranian rial pose challenges, not to mention the endemic corruption.

The Corruption Perceptions Index, collated by Transparency International, ranks Iran 136th among 175 countries, underscoring the depth of obscurities in the country’s economy. Things have gone backward for Iran in this regard in recent years. In 2003, it ranked 78th—the best it has ranked since.

In an interview with Financial Tribune, head of the TCCIMA’s new committee, Iman Bahadorani, said his main mission is “to identify investment barriers and brief policymakers” ahead of early 2016, when the main sanctions are expected to be lifted.

Bahadorani added that “given our economy’s investment ambiguities, which are somewhat comparable with those of other emerging markets, TCCIMA is geared up to create a database of local industries aimed at presenting them to foreign investors.” There are two types of problems e

Winnerdinar: Saturday, November 7, 2015 – 06:00 5 Mega Oil, Gas Deals by 2017 Energy Iran could sign five major deals with foreign contractors to develop its oil and gas fields in the post-sanctions period before President Hassan Rouhani’s first term in office comes to an end by mid-2017, Deputy Oil Minister Rokneddin Javadi said.

“There is a long way to go from presentation [of oil and gas projects] to signing deals … But we hope that a minimum of four or five contracts will be finalized by the end of the 11th [incumbent] government,” Javadi was quoted as saying by Mehr News Agency on Friday.

The Persian Gulf country is planning to unveil up to 50 oil and gas projects under the revised framework of its long-anticipated new oil contract, officially known as Iran Petroleum Contract or IPC, in a conference later this month. Javadi said the conference, which is expected to bring together major international oil and gas companies in Tehran, will be an opportunity to show Iran’s energy market potential rather than a platform to finalize deals.

Of those 50 projects, around 20 will include discovery and exploration, while 30 projects are designed to boost extraction from oil and gas fields by implementing enhanced oil recovery techniques. Iranian oil officials say Tehran has sweetened the terms of the new contracts to attract billions of dollars in foreign direct investment.

It has also revised some of the drawbacks of previous oil deals, such as the terms of the buyback contracts. Distinguishing Factor “The new contracts will require foreign companies to stay in Iran for 15-20 years after the completion of projects, a distinguishing factor for new contracts, as part of the contractors’ income will be bound to revenues generated from the same projects, such as sales from a developed oilfield,” Javadi said.

He added that the new contracts are a type of “services agreement” where the seller provides a service to the buyer. Major international oil and gas companies abandoned operations in Iran after the US and the European U
