Article: “Iraqi delegation meets with IMF, World Bank officials in Washington”. The World Bank and the IMF! Quote: “…Iraqi delegation included the CBI’s governor…and the Iraqi Minister of Finance…” This meeting did not make headlines but was tried in the news feed from two days ago. Not sure if this meeting really has to do with the existing exchange rate or future proposals. All I can say for sure is something is going on.
