I wanted to make clear what the issue was about July 2025 electronic transition for the private sector. And the false postponement of the monetary reform into Q2 of 2025 based on subjective conjecture with no proven documentation.
• The Banking Sector. Transition to full electronic platforms is practically complete. This ensures that financial institutions operate digitally, aligning with international banking standards.
• The Public Sector. Government institutions are in the planning and implementation phase, with the goal of being fully electronic by mid-2025.
This is the distinction that was not made when one individual attempted to conflate the two in trying to determine when Iraq would release their new exchange rate. Ministries & Gov- Institutions have nothing to do with the banking sector.
People you need to vet these new comers. There should be no way you allow someone to move you off your square and convince you that what you are reading from the CBI is factual info. People on this platform like to bend info to fit how they want you to see things so they can Lord over you.
They are not in this to cooperate, corroborate, or correlate their info. They simply want to become the next person leading you by the nose because they are trying to compensate for who they are not offline in their daily lives where they are not looked at as a leader for anything.
Why do you think you have so many gurus who have lead you astray for almost two decades? Because none of them have in real life what they are trying to convince you of online. They basically created a 2nd identity online to make up for shortcomings in their social life.

2. Fear of Missing Out (FOMO)
3. Encouraging Large Dinar Purchases
4. Creating Paid Subscriptions or Groups
5. Exaggerating Small Events
6. Blaming External Forces
7. Fabricating Economic Necessity
8. Selective Misinterpretation of News
9. False Deadlines and Predictions
10. “Secret Sources” and Insider Info
Why Do They Do It?
• Ego & Control – It gives them status and influence they lack in real life.
• Financial Gain – They monetize hope through dinar sales, affiliate links, and paid groups.
• Addiction to Attention – Constantly being viewed as the “expert” satisfies a desire for admiration.
How To Spot Them?
Always question specific timelines, unverifiable sources, and fear-driven language. Genuine analysts focus on real-world data and don’t make outrageous claims about overnight wealth. Because once you do this it usually results in you being blocked. This happened to me once I questioned Goldilocks.
These next few days are going to be the most nail biting time for many who are anticipating the inevitable. Because based on this info below the CBI knows it is running out of time. These exchange companies are running against the clock.
They keep worrying about what Majeed is saying on X because they are trying to hide how much the salaries are by not disclosing the amount being paid to workers because people will figure out what the rate is.
And that will probably force their hands before they are ready to pull the trigger because they know that speculation will spike and citizens will go into a frenzy. And they are trying to control this by reducing exposure.
This is why they set up certain policies for citizens who attempt to take more Dinar than what they need out of the country to prevent them from taking advantage of the new exchange rate. Now they are scrambling.
I suggest you all prepare for this event by making sure you have all your currency in order. Making the neccessary phone calls to set up appointments. And other things you deem important to ensure things go smooth for you.
