Economist Robert Kiyosaki renewed his warning about global financial markets, expecting that they will witness a major collapse that may be the largest in history, but he said that “this collapse may be an opportunity for those who are willing to become rich thanks to it.”
Kiyosaki, author of “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” and one of the world’s most famous economic analysts, said he was concerned about the economic policies currently being pursued by US officials.
In a new post on his X account, he warned of a “sudden drop that could be the biggest market crash in history,” noting that US officials are pursuing worrying economic policies, adding that he believes they are not up to the task of dealing with the impending crisis.
But Kiyosaki stressed that the next market crash could be an opportunity to get rich, saying, “The possible crash and recession will make me and those who prepare very rich.”
“Most people are too lazy to prepare and hope that the three clowns who run America will save them,” he added.
Kiyosaki said the three clowns he was referring to were: US Vice President Kamala Harris, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, and Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell.
Kiyosaki noted that he had crashed three times in his helicopter in Vietnam, and that his success each time depended on his and the crew’s preparation. “Proper preparation was the only reason my crew and I made it home alive, uninjured,” he continued, indicating that being prepared for the coming economic downturn and market collapse is the only way to survive.
“Take care of yourselves. Exciting times lie ahead… Crashing can be a good thing if you’re prepared,” the economist concluded, suggesting that the coming downturn will create new opportunities for many investors.
