[ Iraq boots-on-the-ground report] FIREFLY:   The CBI is talking…they’re saying it’s still too early to introduce the 20,000 note into circulation…we agree.  Not until we have a seated government and open budget then maybe they could do that… FRANK: The 20K…may be a deterrent.  It may be a smokescreen.
