Sudani is teasing parliament like you’re a child with a piece of candy. Parliament can see the candy. They can even smell it but they are not allowed to taste it. In fact, they never will. …They will be completely shut out of this budget, of this process and of the new exchange rate. The beautiful thing is Iraqi citizens now fully understand this because they know the truth about the monetary reform.
