[Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]  FIREFLY:  Bank friend said don’t worry…they’re just practicing the float.  It’s probably going to go back to 1180 at first but don’t worry.  Watch it go from 1 to 1 and then a float should begin.  Let’s watch for the move to 1180 or close to that and see from there.
