[Iraq boots-on-the-ground report]  FIREFLY:  Bank friend says he thinks they are finishing up all the loose ends and soon we will see a change in the rate.  He personally think with everything in dinars now it’s so close and that we probably will start at $1.50 and float but who knows it could be more… FRANK:  I agree with him 1000%.  He is spot on.
