What about any FRN to USTN Exchange, will it happen or will it be a felony to try and exchange them when they are available?

On Tuesday when I went inside to my credit union to withdraw cash it was only FRNs, then I went to the Wells Fargo ATM, as they didn’t have a walk-in bank, yet that could not accept any cash transactions in or out and then I had to go back to my credit union to deposit some cash back in and it accepted my FRNs.
So has the FRNs been moved up to no longer be available at the major banks from 11 Mar. to now 29 Feb. or even 27 Feb.?
“A major announcement could come Wed. 28 Feb. afternoon.” Now it’s “We should have an announcement tomorrow Thurs 29 Feb. concerning the USTN.” So who is to hear about this announcement and where from? Selected individuals that are close to Trump and the White Hats and no one else?
Has it now come to we can only receive the present FRN cash from local stores using our debit card?
Will the only way to receive any USTNs be from our QFS Account and that is finding out which bank or credit union is Basil III compliant and then sign an NDA to not let anyone know which ones they are? And the clerks are not even to know about this as they signed an NDA? Oh, they are to hand you over to a special employee to deal with the New Rainbow Currency which you cannot use as of yet?
The USA Republic Treasury doesn’t want the criminals to know where to go to know where the New USTNs are held to then exchange their bulk loads of cash for exchange.
This also goes for the homeless or those that deal only with cash as they may be arrested for dealing with just cash.
I just saw a video TV show on Facebook of counterfeit FRNs and it was a very good way the crooks made the counterfeit currency as the color in the amount numbers has a certain glow, but the real FRNs had a certain glow where only a certain light can be reflected on it to tell under a microscope. So will the USTNs have even a better way to tell as with a nanochip for GPS tracking?
“The R&R will start paying out around the second week of March.” It was to be by the end of February and now postponed to the “second week of March.” I guess we have to wait till after the Super Tuesday USA, INC. elections.
“Starting in March there will be increases in Social Security payments of at least $2,041 on top of what you are getting now.” Now this has been postponed again and again.
