[Response to Frank26 Trump’s Truth Social post from 4-23-2025 below] IMO Vietnam wants trade with the US immensely, and is willing to be quite flexible to maintain that relationship. Remember that the number one thing that Trump seeks is fairness in the market–and top of the list of enabling factors is a fair exchange rate, with no exchange rate manipulation.
