Sumerian special   2022-10-08 | 13:10   Source: Alsumaria news   5,782 views   A few days separate us from the passage of a full year since the “early” elections were held on November 10, 2021, and the political blockage continues to extend its control over the Iraqi scene, so neither sit-ins nor initiatives have been able to decipher the current crisis, whose complexity is increasing day after day, especially with the continuation of Kurdish-Kurdish, and Shiite-Shiite disputes over the presidency and ministerial positions, amid accusations against both sides of obstructing the path of government formation.

The Kurdish parties, although they differed among themselves on the issue of the “president,” they agree that the Shiites, with their differences, are the reason for delaying the process of forming a new government with full powers.

Shiite The ball is thrown into the Kurds’ court, and the process of delaying the announcement of the formation of the government is attributed to the absence of a Kurdish agreement on a candidate for the presidency, especially since the coordination framework (the largest bloc in Parliament after the withdrawal of the Sadrist bloc) has been put forward.”

Muhammed Shiaa Al-Sudani [/url] As a candidate for the position of prime minister, it is known that he will only pass through the new president of the republic.

“The Shiite-Shiite conflict led to the political stalemate and the deterioration of the situation in the country,” this is what the representative of Kurdistan Democratic Party  morning sobhi, who also pointed out that the cause of the crisis is “the lack of agreement of the parties.”Shiiteover the prime ministership and the cabinet.”

Ali Al-Baydar The coordinating framework, which is considered the semi-sole representative of the Shiite component in Parliament, “fears a reaction.” Sadrist Movement After the formation of the government, he argues that the Kurdish disputes will not be resolved.”

Al-Baydar says to Alsumaria news, “The coordination is afraid of a reaction Sadrist Movement  And the resulting events that may amount to violence and confrontation, if he decides to proceed with a government without the consent of the current.” On the other hand, the Kurdish parties are able to resolve their position within 24 hours, as they have maneuvers through seats or positions within a region.
