[via PDK] [do you have any guess on rates?] I am now hearing the dong could be closer to $3 or $4 and the dinar I am still hearing the street rate will close to $4 and we will get about $2 more on the contract rate in the “Oil for Dinar” contract in rebuilding Iraq.
