[via PDK] Article: “Training course on trade in services concludes in Geneva for WTO acceding governments” They are telling us Iraq is acceding. They have done everything necessary to do this …and the Arab summit is coming and this is popping back up into the news…and Monday there were articles calling for the revaluation of the Iraqi dinar.
