[via PDK]  We look at the progress they are making on electronic transfers, the ability to exchange, change value electronically and streamlining the process has been just awesome…Iraq is doing everything it needs to do to go with or without the rest of the world. They are telling us it is going. We don’t need to guess at it – just listen to their own words. I don’t know where we are at timing but I do know that my contacts in wealth management and redemption centers are extremely upbeat for this weekend…
