[via PDK] Iraq continues to progress…We are getting reports…that they have started paying out some deals with Iraqi dinar…this morning in Europe…They could be pre-buys….aggregators that are grabbing them up …saying (example) I will give you $3.61 (example) because they know it could be over $4 (example) then the aggregators make more profit when it resets…So it could be something like that…to me that is most likely what we are seeing…Those deals are perfectly legal… [post 1 of 2….stay tuned]
