[via PDK] Question: “Can you explain why the death of the Queen is important for the RV to happen? It would seem that this is the end of the chapter and possibly the book on what has been going on for the last 70 years. And, it’s quite possible that this is the beginning on what’s going to occur –to force us to have the RV. However I still believe it will be in October…but possibly in Sept.
