Once the COM [Council of Ministers] gets it [Budget] they’ll vote on the amendments and then they’ll forward that on to the House of Representatives. I don’t know that we’re waiting for all of that… Alaq’s job is to be independent and part of his job is the exchange rate. If there’s going to be a change he’s the guy that’s going to be acting in a manner to do so.
