There was so much more in the news about forming the government…July 15 is a target date for Sadr…if the date passes without a government Sadr is going to change the terms of the process again. …I believe they will leave Kazemi in place as prime minister and Salih as the president… By leaving Kazemi and Salih in place for another year this could give Iraq the…stability it needs thus the CBI might be able to sell the idea to the IMF and the USA. I do not know for sure how they will decide on this. We will just have to wait and watch it play out.
