Question:  “Can the Iraqi dinar reach an exchange rate of $3.22?”  Of course it could.  But there’s a lot of things they’re going to have to take place in order for that rate change to actually happen…I don’t see the Iraqi dinar going up in one huge jump…As the economy recovers and their infrastructure starts to rebuild you’ll see it probably go up in smaller increments, not all at one time.
