Iraq is under all kinds of restriction. And even though they are out of Chapter 7 with the United Nations Security Council there are 18 items…that must be accomplished before restrictions are removed from Iraq…The list has not been updated since 2008…they’re supposed to be doing an assessment every 2 years and I did not find an updated assessment list…I went down the list and researched to find out which ones were done and which ones are left over… [Post 1 of 2….stay tuned]
