I have to sssssay it publicly. Hissss. About a month ago I made a post here regarding the handling of the Atlanta– Northern District in Georgia and their ineffectual handling of the Sterling Currency Cases both criminal and civil.
I gave them EVERYTHING 4 years ago and was somewhat satisfied that I had given them everything I spent on what they told the world was a scam by those who ran Sterling.
At this time Sterling had not removed their web related details of what I had spent and been sent.
Wait for it.
Meanwhile trusty GOOGLE had every email exchange between myself and Sterling. This included every order and every currency note, mostly Iraqi dinar and Vietnamese dong shoved in envelopes and sent to me.
Mostly I was keeping layaway programs alive by essentially renting for monthly periods a right to purchase a certain amount of these paper notes.
The plan on my part would be to borrow the money the day everything revalued. So the $15000 in currency would be paid off that day by a $15000 loan from a bank or a private party. Seemed quite sane to me.
But here is the catch, as I ran to the post office and bought money orders totalling around $160 per month in small orders of $24 rentals (layaways) or perhaps $36. or other amounts.
Do this 4 times a month for 3 years and you have spent quite a bit on a risk EVERYONE said was a sure thing that Iraq had to go back to pre-war values. I’ll debate this some other day but today I want to make this point.
GOOGLE Email has been a TRUSTED source used to win thousands of lawsuits for a couple decades now but SUDDENLY… Google records are not being accepted by the Atlanta Georgia Northern District Attorney General to prove the individual nobody plaintiffs losses.
No, they want further proof like hundreds of those little torn off tags of post office money orders. Or my bank accounts that do not exist because we were required to purchase MONEY ORDERS and snail mails them.
But wait, where is everything that Sterling had online telling us how we have to go to the Post Office and get money orders?
Gone.
They basically said I had to prove I was standing on a rug they pulled out from under me.
Is it possible to audit the Post Office? Even if so, 7 years is an even bigger mess and certainly we know GOOGLE has concrete proof of everything.
Georgia making this a go to– to deny paying the claims — stinks. As in a corrupt foul odor sprayed with a brand of Febreeze that uses the illusion of law and order to leave a lovely scent and best of all keep the money no one is allowed to claim.
There I said it.
Additional notes that surround my point would be the Iraqi dinar I once had in a sock drawer was sold back to Currency dealers to pay the rent that kept a roof over my head while the Atlanta Georgia Court system fumbled this case for another 7 years.
They will of course ask for proof then deny it is proof. You know like a bank I sold some back to in Madison Wisconsin.
Certain geo-locations deal with many many foreign students (UW Madison) who need to exchange currencies therefore there has to be some places that are allowed to do what most others are not. You know, a mosaic of what is legal and illegal.
I guess I need a lawyer that won’t represent me on a layaway system.
I told of this back in 2014 on a blog and guess what? That bank was stopped immediately. Oops, someone spotted our porous laws. Perhaps that service had to become a lot harder to see.
I’m about to lose $15000 because they suddenly don’t honor the most collated and legally dated and affirmed evidence in history that is still right there on the Google email servers.
GRRR.
And oh yes, one more thing (of many) how much do you want to bet that Sterling and their lawyers had to perform certain items to achieve a to-do list that would help keep them out of prison forever. We need you to delete the facts many of us thought were going to be there when we needed them. Facts that make piles of settlement monies get disbursed to goodfella lawyers.
Whether these websites are there or not– we know they are still there (It is the internet people) and Google is gladly called upon in thousands of other cases when it proves the state’s case.
But when the State versus something — we can ask a good fella his opinion.
