Judge (Haider Hanoun) stressed, during the meeting that took place on the sidelines of the meeting of the tenth session of the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption, which is hosted by the United States in the period from (11-15) of this December, he stressed the importance of communication And cooperation with the Directorate of International Cooperation of the Chinese National Oversight Committee, noting the necessity of providing a safe environment for foreign companies operating in Iraq, especially Chinese ones, praising what he called “the steadfastness of Chinese companies in the face of corrupt people.” He attributed one of his reasons to the Authority’s efforts and increasing the pace of the deterrent aspect through control operations.
For his part, Director of the International Cooperation Directorate of the Chinese National Supervision Commission (Cai Wei) pointed out that the process of combating corruption requires great efforts and the combined efforts of everyone. In order to build and progress, noting the remarkable development in anti-corruption efforts in Iraq, whether at the deterrent level or at the level of prevention and prevention of corruption, renewing his country’s support for the Republic of Iraq in this regard, and seeking bilateral partnership in the areas of supporting anti-corruption efforts, calling on the presidency of the Commission to convene A private workshop in Beijing; To strengthen ties and prepare for the completion of the draft memorandum of understanding.
