[via Frank26] The private [satellite] banks are not owned by the CBI… #2 is an Iraqi [Walkingstick’s bank friend] but he owns a bank in the United States under American banking law. These banks do have to follow the CBI laws…international standards and they have to follow the laws of the country that they represent. Can I as an American citizen and go to these banks and exchange? It’s unknown right now…but based on the fact that they will follow CBI laws that will follow international laws I don’t see why we cannot.
