[Iraqi bank friend Aki update] Aki cannot own any of the currency of Iraq. He cannot possess any of the lower notes in order to profit. Aki and his boss care about the exchange rate to come out not the lower notes. Aki cannot profiteer from turning in lower notes or 3 zero notes to the CBI…He is interested in the new exchange rate for their investors inside of Iraq and outside where he is at with that bank in Michigan…Aki is angry the lower notes are still waiting for the same thing that you and I are waiting for, the new exchange rate.
