A “federal” delegation headed by Alaak heads to Kurdistan tomorrow
A delegation from Baghdad, headed by Iraqi central bank governor Ali al-Aalak, will travel to the Kurdistan region on Monday, the Kurdish Rudau network reported.
The network quoted the Director General of Customs in the Kurdistan region, Samal Abdul Rahman, as saying that “a delegation of the Iraqi government headed by the Governor of the Central Bank of Iraq, Ali Alalak, will visit the Kurdistan region on Monday, March 12, 2018,” noting that “the delegation visited the Iraqi Ministry of Finance , And includes an addition to Ali Alalak, Director General of the Ministry of Finance and a number of advisers to the ministry .
Abdulrahman explained that “the visit of the delegation of the Iraqi Ministry of Finance is for the purpose of research in matters related to the revenues and imports of the Kurdistan Region and to discuss other issues. ”
And has been moving between Arbil and Baghdad for months, various committees, to discuss the issue of salaries of employees of the Kurdistan region, to be disbursed as salaries of public sector employees in the region.
