The recent Sistani rhetoric included (as I recall) – a semi-ultimatum for Abadi – to get economic reforms off the ground.
[Is Sistani putting pressure on Abadi? YES. is he calling for Abadi’s replacement?]
(maybe) – probably a threat to get Abadi to moving on the economy … IMHO.
