Bitcoin shows 0.62% kimchi premium in Korean market on May 11.

As of 12:00 AM KST on May 11, Bitcoin (BTC) was trading at 119.09 million KRW on South Korea’s Upbit exchange, up 0.11% from the previous day. On global exchange Binance, BTC was priced at 118.35 million KRW, reflecting a price gap of 740,000 KRW and a kimchi premium of 0.62%.

Ethereum (ETH), the leading altcoin, recorded a kimchi premium of 0.65%. Other major altcoins also showed solid premiums: Solana (SOL) at 0.76%, XRP (XRP) at 0.59%, Dogecoin (DOGE) at 1.04%, and Sui (SUI) at 0.51%. Most top altcoins are currently trading with a premium in the 0.5% to 1.0% range.
