“We Are Working On Its Independence.” Washington Is Approaching Baghdad With An “Urgent Issue” That Concerns Iraqis

Iraq’s Oil Exports To America Decreased Last Week
Economie Sunday, 25 September 2022 9:27 AM Baghdad / National News Center On Sunday, the US Energy Information Administration announced a decrease in Iraq’s oil exports to America, despite the export of 200,000 barrels per day during the past week.
The administration said in a report seen by the National News Center, that “the average US imports of crude oil during the past week from nine countries amounted to 6.065 million barrels per day, an increase of 830 thousand barrels per day from the previous week, which amounted to 5.235 million barrels per day.”
She added that “Iraq’s oil exports to America amounted to an average of 120,000 barrels per day last week, lower than the previous week, when oil exports to America reached an average of 343,000 barrels per day.”
She also indicated that “most of America’s oil revenues during the past week came from Canada, at a rate of 3.868 million barrels per day, followed by Mexico at a rate of 855,000 barrels per day, and oil revenues from Saudi Arabia at a rate of 489,000 barrels per day, and then Ecuador at a rate of 319,000 barrels per day.” .
According to the administration, “the amount of US imports of crude oil from Colombia amounted to an average of 212,000 barrels per day, while it did not import any quantity from Trinidad and Tobago, Russia and Nigeria.” LINK
The Iraqi Stock Exchange Announces The Weekly Trading Indicators

The market said in a report reviewed by the National News Center: “The number of companies whose shares were traded during the past week amounted to 59 joint stock companies, while the shares of 41 companies were not traded due to the lack of convergence of purchase orders prices with sales orders, while 3 companies continued to be suspended for not providing disclosure out of 103 companies listed on the market.
He added that “the number of traded shares amounted to 31 billion and 516 million and 278 thousand shares, an increase of 698% compared to the previous week, with a financial value of 8 billion and 973 million and 812 thousand dinars, an increase of 74% compared to the previous week through the implementation of 2223 deals.” Noting that “ISX60 traded price index closed at 594.20 points, recording a decrease of 0.31% from its closing in the previous session.”
He pointed out that “the number of shares purchased from non-Iraqi investors for the past week amounted to 69 million shares, with a financial value of 223 million dinars, through the implementation of 44 deals, while the number of shares sold from non-Iraqi investors reached 249 million shares, with a financial value of one billion and 586 million dinars through Implementation of 186 deals.

A Court Ruling Imprisoned A Former Governor For Deducting Money From The Salaries Of A Security Apparatus
Money and business Economy News-Baghdad The Federal Integrity Commission announced the issuance of a judgment in attendance against the former governor of Dhi Qar; For intentionally committing a violation of his job duties.
The Commission’s Investigation Department, while talking about the details of the case that it investigated and referred it to the judiciary, stated that the Karkh Criminal Court – the Third Commission, had issued a judgment in presence ordering the imprisonment of the former governor of Dhi Qar.
The department continued, explaining that the ruling issued based on the provisions of Article (331) of the Iraqi Penal Code, came against the background of deducting sums of money from the affiliates of the Dhi Qar Awakening during the distribution of Awakening salaries.
