The Supreme Council: 3 Challenges Await The Next Government, The Most Prominent Of Which Is Restoring The State’s Prestige
political| 05:09 – 11/07/2022 Baghdad – Mawazine News The head of the Islamic Supreme Council, Hammam Hammoudi, stressed, on Monday, that there are three main challenges awaiting the next government, the first of which is providing services to disadvantaged areas, especially the center and the south, and secondly restoring confidence in the new political system by taking firm steps to combat corruption and resolve lagging projects, and thirdly restore the prestige of the state and the rule of law.
Sheikh Hamoudi indicated in a statement that Mawazine News received a copy of it, that “there is no supernatural prime minister with a magic wand for the next stage, but rather a harmonious working team and a clear and comprehensive program adopted by everyone, subject to transparent monitoring and follow-up by all regulatory agencies and popular activities. Otherwise, it will be difficult to overcome the challenges.”
He expressed his confidence that “the Iraqis who took out the occupation, defeated ISIS, preserved the people’s dignity and rights, and astounded the world with their victory, are able today to achieve and serve if the political forces join hands and the people interact to support its program.”
Low Oil Prices In World Markets

Brent crude futures fell 49 cents, or 0.46 percent, to $106.53 at 04:49 GMT, after rising 2.3 percent last Friday.
US West Texas Intermediate crude futures were down 0.89 cents, or 0.85%, at $103.91, down 2% from Friday. LINK
Environment: Interest-Free Loans For The Establishment Of Solar Energy Projects
Reconstruction and building Economy News – Baghdad The Ministry of Environment announced, on Monday, an initiative to promote the concept of renewable energy and prevent the erosion of agricultural lands, while noting that there is cooperation with the Central Bank to grant loans to establish solar energy projects without interest.
The Agency’s Minister of Environment, Jassim Al-Falahi, said in a press statement, “The ministry has serious steps to work with renewable energies,” noting that “Iraq has taken steps to switch to renewable energies through the establishment of the Ministry’s Agency for Gas Affairs in the Ministry of Oil and the transformation of cars that run on gas.”
He added, “The Cabinet agreed to exclude hybrid and electric cars from tax, customs and license fees, which is a major development towards encouraging citizens to buy environmentally friendly cars,” noting that “these wheels will provide an economic return for the citizen, in addition to the absence of emissions that cause environmental pollution, especially as we We live in cities that are suffocating as a result of increased air pollution due to vehicle exhaust and other industrial activities.”
He pointed out, “The Ministry of Electricity has projects for renewable energies, including the production of solar-powered plants, which is a qualitative transformation and an attempt to benefit from wind and water to produce electricity, which is present in dams, but we need water revenues,” stressing that “there is qualitative progress in implementing the concept of renewable energies and now.” We are leading an initiative to improve energy efficiency and promote the concept of renewable energy in cooperation with all sectors.”
He explained that “the ministry has an initiative with the Central Bank, which is a trillion dinars initiative. Any citizen or the private sector can establish a solar energy project and take an interest-free loan to be paid over 10 years, and this is a great qualitative development,” noting:

Al-Amiri: I Will Support Any Candidate For The Post Of Prime Minister Agreed Upon By The Coordination Framework

International Trade Center To / NINA /: There Are No Financial Consequences For Iraq’s Accession To The World Trade Organization

And the commercial policy coordinator at the International Trade Center, Israa Al-Jabari, stated, in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency ( NINA ), that: “Iraq’s accession to the World Trade Organization to be part of the international lobby for the sectors of economy, agriculture and industry, requires harmonizing the local laws and policies in force with all the regulations and laws approved by the WTO “.
She explained, “The organization is responsible for managing and regulating the trade, agricultural and economic policy operations of all member countries.”
And she added, “If Iraq wants to deal with any country from this group, the agreements, policies and local laws must keep pace with global development, which is supposed to be present in all member states of the organization,” indicating that “the World Trade Organization will, in the event of Iraq joining it, , regulating trade, economic and agricultural policy, and we will have laws organizing to deal with other countries in a way that guarantees Iraq’s right as a member state in this organization.”

Khazali: There Is No Delay In Forming A Government, And There Will Be A Session After Eid
The Secretary-General of the Asa’ib Ahl al-Haq movement, Qais al-Khazali, confirmed that there is no delay in forming the government, because Parliament is in a legislative recess, indicating that a session is supposed to take place after Eid to clarify positions.

Regarding the challenges facing the formation of the government, Khazali said that “there is one challenge to the formation of the government, which is choosing the president of the republic,” noting that there is a Kurdish-Kurdish dispute, given that the political custom on the position of the President of the Republic is the entitlement of this component, and there is a dispute between the two Kurdish parties.
He continued, “The coordination framework is with the meeting of the Kurdish political forces and to agree on the issue of the presidency, and there are two solutions.
