It’s very rare for a country to swap out [their currency] and not let people exchange.  You have to get that out of your head because it’s not a reality.  It doesn’t work that way.  The economy would collapse.  Remember when they [The CBI] retired the 50 dinar note?  You had a timeframe to exchange…  [NOTE:  We had 60 days to get your 50 dinar notes to online brokers to exchange for different denomination notes or currency.]
