Who tells the CBI they can raise the value of their currency? IMF…The US Treasury has its own problems. It’s called the American dollar. The CBI works with the IMF. Go to the IMF website and look up the Iraqi dinar. It’s going to tell you the Iraqi dinar is going through a reevaluation and a reinstatement adding value to its currency.
