When the CBI announced the move from 1,460 to 1,300 on February 7, 2023, it executed overnight on a single announcement. The mechanical capacity to reprice exists. What has been missing is the architectural readiness to do it without losing control of the parallel market response. That architectural readiness is what 2025 and 2026 built.
