Surely everybody that puts just a little bit of thought into this understands that the biggest announcement in Iraqs history will come with all the who’s who, all the wannabe’s, and all the news organizations, celebrations in the street…etc…in one place with horns blaring to make the RI known to the citizens and the rest of us shortly after.
