We have been so frustrated is watching all of this for years.
Remember awhile back … before they would pull the trigger, they would have to eliminate corruption.
Article 14 is transitional to move to Article 8.
They must be Basel III compliant (which they are). We are super close…it doesn’t get any better than this.
