After they complete the parliament they have to finish and complete the president of the country, then the prime minister. This very next session of parliament around the 29th they could or might complete the formation of parliament. [Then] parliament can resume having sessions…By changing the rate while the government is being formed, during the year of ’25, makes the most sense because it allows them to hit the ground running…Otherwise if they’re waiting till the government’s done, they would probably be waiting until at least February.
