Posted Iraqi Ministry of Defense letter to the Kurdistan Region, affecting the sending personnel military officers certificates of the Iraqi Interior Ministry in Baghdad, and otherwise will expel anyone who violates this, within 25 days.
The ministry also asked to send military officers who have not received a high school diploma yet names.
