wmawhite They are at the end of this while two things continue to be done…the government continues to operate and to do so they need to raise revenue and bonds do that…and the CBI will continue to monitor the note count as they transition away from the MCPs.
Iraq has already traveled great distances…they have brought their financial institutions from the ‘stone age” into the 21 century. …the Technical Letter of Intent between the IMF, the Minister of Finance and the governor of the CBI…is as close to a “game plan” as anything I have read.
It takes you along the way. …the IMF has told us exactly what Iraq will do and they gave us a time frame too.
The Technical Letter of Intent has laid out exactly what is and has to happened and did not say a thing about Mosul…wonder why, because this is an electronic event that will occur outside of Iraq.
