This was a BIG subject back in 2011 with Dr. Shabibi and it focused on the ISX and mortgages and the lifting of the 3 zeros…… The confusion would be massive and create problems especially on personal debt held outside financial institutions…..
The disturbing part is when people simply say…….forget the 3 zeros…..and forget the new mortgage loans……..it does not concern us…….. But the fact is it IS all tied together……

Zana Rostayi, a Kurdish Member of the Iraqi parliament, told BasNews that Haider al-Abadi, the Iraqi Prime Minister, has officially asked all factions in the Iraqi parliament including the Kurdish factions to present the names of their technocrat candidates.
Recently the prime minister has made a decision to change 9 ministers, including the Kurdish Finance minister. The prime minister’s policy, however, is intricate and difficult to comprehend, Rostayi said.
Speaking to BasNews, Rostayi said the deadline to present the candidates’ names is March 16 and the prime minister has concurred with 20% share for Kurds in the new technocrat government.

Rouhani is gaining a large mass of support from citizens ……. In Iraq the popular crowd is falling apart…….fighting south of Kirkut and getting their hinds kicked……
Maliki is demanding Peshmerga help immediately…..nobody is coming to the rescue………. And remember Turkey asking to become a member of the EU…….. There is a shift going on……
If Iraq were to change value in currency it would further strenghten Rouhani and hurt the revolutionary guards agressive behavior……. Real interesting set of events that can be used with some great leverage………
