The world bank is a slow moving org when it comes to real time changes I didnt expect a big change ffrom the 2014 and 2015 reports that go beyong “doing business ” and are inclusive of the entire society, but the fact remains that none of these global organizations are forward looking including the credit agencies which are not providing research but printing existinf factual information.
I am used to analysis that is foreward looking and based investment recomendations on the subtlties occuring real time. They also obviously involve the risk of being wrong. Blackrock is so powerful because they are in places the world is avoiding andnthey capture the seedlings of change. Don’t really get that sense from a one quarter WB report.

And those with loans from 2014 can refinance under this program…….Which one can assume this is somewhat taking the place of retrocactive pay raises back to 2014 that were promised…….
We were watching for the private banks to begin issuing these loans which would have created issues come time lifting the 3 zeros…..
Now between the CBI and Minister of Housing the process is simplified with these new loans and 3 zeros…… And when the loan is granted to the citizen there is a one year grace period before the first payment is due……

If the loan program was part of the 2016 budget, then parliament has already approved it…….they have already given their consent.
