09-04-2016 04:04 PM   Received Prime Minister Haider al – Abadi, on Saturday, the political blocs nominations for ministerial positions on the basis of variety ‘technocrats’.
A political source said in a press statement, said that the ‘old nominations for Ebadi has changed completely, after he became the agreement on the nomination of all parties participating in the candidates, the government renewed in accordance with the proposed government of technocrats standards’, noting that ‘ the main criteria is the competence and experience and the lack of political and biography good affiliation’.

APRIL 9, 2016  BAGHDAD – dpa – said Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi Saturday, that the political process in Iraq is to build a state of political blocs and the sons of the Iraqi people.

in having less on the street when they launch the lowerer denoms the people would naturally trade the dollar back for dinar that is now worth more MY OPINION ONLY

The IQD, as of today, does not have an exchange rate, an international exchange rate. Instead, it has an artificially imposed buy/sell value.
